MY BED QUILT

Today I'm posting the photos of my Churn dash block bed quilt. It is my work in progress Wednesday I have finished it yesterday. Finally finished.   I machine quilted some leaves with a pink thread the same color of one of the fabrics.

Cqjp 2013 february

This is my block for CQJP 2013 from february. I loved to do the ribbon embroidered frame for the girl. Again I made a framed clutch from the block.

Work in progress

Here we go for another year of work . This is my wednesday work in progress. I had these fabrics for about 10 years in a bag waiting for me  to do my "new"bed quilt. Seriously!!!
 I had a spine problem, a disc hernia that I had to learn to live with. In that time the only handcraft that I could do was crochet , that I love. After some years I got better and began to do my quilts again. Last year I did 2 bed quilts and began this one. I had already pieced the Double wrench blocks that I found on internet ( you should see the Quilt Blocks galore there are thousands of blocks). Today I put them together with the pink squares. The border will bee dark blue like the blocks.

CQJP2013

I've finished my first CQJP 2013 block. I used this block to make a framed clutch.  I made it in what I called a "Pat Winter style" because I really love her work. Hope you enjoy my clutch.

Wednesday work in progress

These are the little purses that I'm doing for Christmas gifts. They are just waiting to be framed.
A lot of work, must be ready 'til monday!

Work finished

I don't think I'll post a work every week for the Wednesday work in progress, but of course I am allways doing something( but not allways I can finish). I finally received the purse frames. Here is my work finished. Now I can do so many purses! I'm selling them on my Elo7 store.
